- 50gms uncooked wild rice blend
- 50gms Chickpeas (rinsed and drained)

- 1 teaspoons caraway

- 1/2 cup Oat flour
- 50gms dried cranberries
- 2 teaspoons peanut/coconut oil
- For the topping: avocado, arugula, red onion

Switch on and Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Poke Sweet Potato using a fork very well, make like a muffin and wrap it in foil and bake until fork-tender. At the same time cook the wild rice (Boil in a saucepan until tender). Remove the skin of sweet potato and Mix chickpeas in a large bowl. Mash it very gently until half smooth. Now mix with wild rice, curry powder, cumin, and garlic powder. Add salt and pepper to taste. Now add Oat flour and dried cranberries and mix gently. Make as maximum patties as you can when the mixture gets cold. Fry them in coconut or peanut oil until it feels crunchy and brown. Serve in a bun with avocado & arugula. Love the burger.
