100 gms Cashews
100 ml Homemade curd
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon Onion powder
1/2 tablespoon salt
Soak the cashews in normal water for 8-10 hours or in hot water for 30-40 mins. After then rinse cashews and let them drain. Blend the cashews in a food processor or in a blender until cashews seem like a creamy paste.
Add the remaining ingredients in the container and blend with cashews paste. Taste it! You can add more salt and lemon juice as you desire.
