- Peanuts – 250 Grams

How To Make Moongfali Chikki?
For peanut chikki, if you are using roasted peanuts, first remove their peels.
If you use raw grains, then first roast them. For this, add 2-3 tablespoons of salt in a pan and heat it, and then add some grains to it and fry it. Or the work can be heated in such a way and put peanut grains in it and roasted it.
If you want, you can roast groundnuts in the microwave too. For this, first, sprinkle a small spoon of water in groundnut and keep it for 5 minutes. After this, roast the granules in the microwave for 6-7 minutes. After frying, cool them and take out their peels.
