Paneer Pakoda Hebbar’s Kitchen Preparation Instructions
- Cut the paneer 1.5 inches long and wide square 1.5 inch thick. Divide the thickness of one piece into two.
- Put a chaat masala as per taste in between each part and close it and keep it on a plate.
Simple Homemade Recipe Paneer Pakora With Corn Flour
Take gram flour in a vessel. In this, prepare a paste-like consistency of pakora with a little water.
Add red chili, coriander powder, one tablespoon oil and salt to this paste, add water and make a thick, smooth paste. Keep the paste for 10 minutes.
Put oil in the pan to fry pakora and heat it. Beat the gram flour mixture well. Pick a square piece of paneer, wrap it in gram flour and put it in the pan. Put all the pakoras in the pan at a time.
Turn them over when they are golden brown from the bottom and roast them from the other side till they turn golden brown. Fry the pakoras on medium gas.
After turning golden brown, remove the pakoras from the pan and keep them on a plate. Likewise, fry all the pakoras.
Paneer pakoras are ready. Serve with hot pakoras, coriander or tomato sauce and eat.
