Bhindi Recipe Ingredients:

  • Ladyfinger – 500 Gram
  • Asafoetida – 1 Piece
  • Green Chilies – 3
  • Cumin seeds – 1 TSP
  • Coriander Leaves 
  • Coriander – 1 TSP
  • Oil – 2 TSP
  • Turmeric – 1/2 TSP
  • Red Chilli – 1/4 TSP 
  • Garam Masala – 1/4 Tsp 
  • Amchoor – 1/4 Tsp 
  • Salt – According to taste

Bhindi Fry Recipe – How To Make Masala Bhindi?

To make Masala Bhindi, first, clean the ladyfinger and remove the water from them. Now take the Bhindi and cut them into long shapes. Cut all the ladyfinger in like manner.

Now heat oil in a pan, add asafetida and cumin seeds, when the cumin seeds get hot, add turmeric, coriander, and green chilies and mix it well.

Add chopped ladyfinger to this mixture and mix well. Now add red chili, amchoor, garam masala, and salt and mix all the mixture well.

After doing so, roast the ladyfinger in the pan and roast it well. Cover the pan for 2-3 minutes and leave it to cook.

After a while, remove the cover and stir the Bhindi. Take out the ladyfinger in a vessel and add green coriander over it, your hot bhindi masala is ready.
