Ingredients For Chilli Paneer Batter
- Paneer – 1½ to 1¾ Cups
- Red Chilli powder Kashmiri – ¼ Teaspoon
- Corn flour or corn starch – 3 Tablespoons
- Maida or plain flour – 3 Tablespoons
- Pepper Powder – 2 pinches
- Salt – According to taste
- Water as Required
- Oil as needed for shallow frying – 3 to 4 Tablespoon
Sauce For Chilli Paneer Recipe
- Vinegar – ½ to 1 Teaspoon
- Soya Sauce – 1 Tablespoon
- Red Chilli Sauce (According to taste) – 1 to 2 Tablespoon
Other Ingredients For Chilli Paneer
- Garlic Finely Chopped – 1 Tablespoon
- Spring Onions Greens Chopped – 2 Tablespoon
- Spring Onion Whites Chopped – 2 Tablespoon
- Capsicum Bell pepper or cubed – ½ Cup
- Medium Onion Cubed, layers left – 1
- Green Chillies Slit And Deseeded – 1
- Sugar (According to taste) – 1 TSP
- Red Chilli Powder Kashmiri or Red Chilli Paste – ½ Teaspoon
- Pepper Powder – ¼ Teaspoon
- Corn flour – 1 Teaspoon (2 TSP for more gravy)
- Water (1 Cup For More Gravy) – ½ Cup

To make Chilli Paneer, add paneer cube to a bowl.
Now add soya sauce, ginger-garlic paste, salt, black pepper and mix it lightly and keep the Paneer for ten minutes.
After a set time, add little flour to the paneer and dust it with light hands.

Heat two tablespoons of oil in a pan. Put garlic-ginger and green Chillies in hot oil and fry 30 seconds on high flame.
Then add onion and capsicum and fry it on high flame for three minutes.
Keep the flame of gas strong, because the Chinese recipe is cooked on a high flame.
Now add soya sauce, red Chilli sauce, tomato sauce, and vinegar and mix it. Add black pepper and salt as well as cook for one minute at high flame.
After one minute, add the slurry of corn flour and let it cook for two to three minutes on high flame.
So that the corn floor’s rawness ends, after 3 minutes, add fried paneer in the pan and mix it together.
Cook the panner for two minutes, close the gas after a fixed time, and put green onions on top and prepare very chilly paneer with a lot of yummy and garnish gourd.
